As we wait in anticipation for the results from the judges I've been working on a restoration project in Eureka. The Bucksport Mural was painted by Duane Flatmo in 1983 and since then it has taken a beating from the south facing sun. With the help of Duane we will be bring it back to it's former glory. It's pretty amazing to be working on a mural that is just as old as I am, I feel humbled to be part of it. I'll be back in shaping bay to work on some new shapes with a hopeful $25k award and all this inspiration.
